Shipping Policy

At Nordstorm, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship to the United States and offer two shipping options to fit your needs.

Shipping Options 1. Free Standard Shipping (7–14 Business Days) Available on all orders. Your package will be shipped via our global logistics network and delivered within 7 to 14 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

2. US Express Shipping (3–5 Business Days) — $5.99 For customers who want their items faster, we offer express shipping from our US-based warehouse. Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. This option is available at checkout for $5.99, or FREE on orders over $50.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is on its way, you can track it anytime by visiting our Track Order page or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
